Abducted by Aliens: Twins Tell Their Stories

Audrey and Debbie not only said that aliens exist, but that they've made contact with them. The twins said it started when they were young.

I was probably about 5 years old or so, and a bright blue light would come in to the room and the door would open, and there would be like, a foggy kind of misty blue light, just shining through the whole house, Audrey said. And these two figures would come in. There would be a tall one, they had black capes, but they were bald and had big eyes.

Audrey and her sister call their visitors The Bald Men, but they're better known as The Greys, a race of extraterrestrials, categorized by the grayish color of their skin.

The twins' first encounter with aliens, they say, came during childhood and continued into adulthood. They also believe they've been abducted together on the same spaceship, only to compare stories afterwards. We have been together on abductions, Audrey said. We have been up in crafts and seen our house from above. So we realized they are not from here. They are very good at mind erasing or whatever you want to call it. They'll leave you with bits and pieces of things you can remember. So we do remember certain things of being there together.

When asked why aliens would continue to abduct them together, the twins had no explanation. That's the question I always ask myself, Debbie said. A lot of times I'll wake up in tears saying, Why me? Why me? Why can't this happen to somebody else.

No matter what anyone else believes, people like Audrey and Debbie are convinced that what they've witnessed is real.

Twin sisters Audrey and Debbie, who have asked that their last name and hometown be withheld, tell their story of alien abduction.

I remember one time being on a spaceship and standing there on the spaceship and the floor and the walls disappeared. And I was staring at the Earth, Debbie said.

They said they realize their stories sound too fantastic and, at times, like the stuff of sci-fi blockbusters. In science fiction, aliens are often anthropomorphic and benign creatures, like "E.T.," "My Favorite Martian," the classic "Star Trek" television series or the hit movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind."

But extraterrestrials can also embody people's fears, looking radically different from human life. Pop culture depictions of aliens don't seem to be slowing down. On cable, there's the acclaimed mini series "Torchwood: Children of Earth," where the aliens' sinister thoughts are spoken through possessed children. And this fall, ABC will add a new series to the list of those on creatures from outer space. The members of Starborn believe, however, that this is not just the stuff of science fiction, but fact. They said that coming forward with their beliefs is challenging.

Elizabeth and Kathryn

We are identical twin sisters who come from a family where education and teaching are the norm. Before her death, our mother was in the process of completing her doctorate degree in education. I, Kathryn have a B.S. degree in education while my sister Elizabeth holds two B.S. degrees, one in education and the other in special education. We graduated from a prestigious southern University and were educators for nearly 30 years. We are married and have children as well as grandchildren.

We have had life long sightings of unusual shaped craft ranging from triangular shaped to disk shaped to cylindrical shaped. These craft are very large and totally silent. Some of the craft emitted very bright lights and at times appeared to be following us.

We suspect that both of our parents may also have been involved, at the very least, both reported having seen UFOs or what we refer to today as extraterrestrial or alien appearing craft. Our mother actually drew a picture of the craft she saw and showed it to us when she was hospitalized for a potentially life threatening condition. It was not until that moment that we ever knew she had witnessed such an event. Our mother kept silent for many, many years about what she saw because she did not want to be committed to what she referred to as a psycho ward. I believe she probably made the correct decision for the time and location she was living. Fortunately, our culture has changed and we now feel a bit more comfortable about sharing our experiences.

When we were young girls, we experienced what has come to be known as missing time while we were playing near our favorite lake. Not having realized how long we had been gone, our parents were quite worried and distressed when we finally returned home. We were scolded because our parents feared we had been bitten by a snake. When Elizabeth looked down at her ankle, she noticed a bloody area on it and thought she had indeed been bitten by a snake, although she did not remember seeing a snake. It was a very frightening experience for our whole family.

As we grew, it became apparent to both of us that Elizabeth was exhibiting psychic abilities, in that prior to a tragedy occurring, she would describe feeling or sensing a dark cloud over her. Her latest occurrence with this phenomenon involved a relative dying and Elizabeth already knowing about the death. It is quite distressing to Elizabeth to experience this, even after all of the years it has been occurring. Paranormal activity appears to also be the norm for Elizabeth. This article continues with some of the unusual abduction related events that Elizabeth feels comfortable sharing at this point in her life.

Elizabeth

I was about eight years old, I saw a Being in the woods and I experienced what is referred to now as missing time. During this experience, my parents were aware that I was missing and became very worried about me. I remember another time while I was at school. I was looking at the chalkboard when I suddenly saw a Being with black, wrinkly skin. Another experience I had involved a Being who was wearing a hood and had almond shaped, black eyes. During this experience, I felt that I was on another world because I could see the Earth in space down below me. While I was on this unknown world or in this unknown place, I saw other humans around me. I also saw devices that looked like conveyor belts. There was fire or something that looked like fire, and a little girl. I had to pick up the little girl in order to keep her safe from the fire. When I did, I felt as if she were my child.

When I was brought back home, I remember lying on the floor. When I got up the next morning, my doll that I slept with, suddenly appeared to have black, almond shaped eyes. Seeing her face upset me so much that I beat my doll to disfigure her.

My experiences continued into my adult years and I remember one very frightening sighting. It occurred on April 2, 1996. I saw a large triangular shaped craft while I was driving in my pickup truck on a rural highway near a field that had tall trees around it. This craft was larger than a football field and may have actually been as large as two football fields. Despite its large size, the craft was totally silent as it traveled from West to East. I got out of my truck and as I stood next to it, I watched this enormous triangular shaped craft move overhead. As I did, I saw a domed shaped structure on the top of the craft. The bottom of the craft had orange lights that emitted orange beams of light from underneath it. I was so scared, I couldnít move so I just stood next to my truck and watched the craft move silently overhead. The craft was so low, it almost touched the tops of the streetlights. I watched the craft for about 30 seconds to one minute as it moved behind the trees.

Paranormal Activity

I have a difficult time sleeping at night, and many nights I do not sleep at all. I hear voices in my house sometimes, and I see balls of fire or balls of light move down the hallway in my home. At times, when Iím the only one home and I go to bed at night, the bathroom light, which I am certain I turned off, comes back on by itself. I will get up and turn it off again, and again, it will come back on by itself. I sometimes see people who seem to want me to go with them, but I constantly tell them no and to go away and leave me alone. One time, I saw one of these Beings peering into my room through the blinds at night and I was terrified. There are times when I feel that no one can know the hell I have been through.

A Striking Anomaly

Kathryn seems to enjoy good health while I have had several major surgeries during my life and I am now battling cancer. Although I am not a scientist involved in twin studies, I know this is an anomaly worth investigating further since both of us were born, raised and lived in the same city, and we remain living in close proximity to one another.

Mom did a sketch of the craft she saw. She was afraid to tell anyone for fear that she would be put in a mental institution. She was in the hospital for blood clots in her legs and she saw this craft float by her second or third story window as she was looking out. It was during spring break sometime in the 1970ís. The door on the craft was not seen. She said she drew it there because they, meaning the Beings inside, had to get in and out somehow. Mother was working on her doctorate, so you could say she was well educated. She had never before seen, heard or read about UFOs. She wasnít one to believe in such things, but she did see this craft and drew this picture.

Brothers

Only recently was the following case made public. It occurred in Middletown, New York in December of 2003. The eyewitness lives in Hudson Valley, only a 20-minute drive from Pine Bush, famous for its UFO reports. On the day of the event, the witness was accompanied by his brother, cousin and a friend. They were driving back to the cousin's house in Middletown. The time was about 7:15 p.m., when three, white lights appeared in the sky to their left. The lights formed a large pattern of a triangle. Some of the passengers could only see one light.

But soon, all three lights were clearly visible. Our eyewitness decided the sighting was worth checking into, and decided to leave the Interstate and find a good vantage point to view the anomaly.

We came to a clearing where I parked the car horizontal to it. There were trees on the left and right and just a vast open space in the middle. From in the car we all started looking at what seemed to be a ball of light in the middle of the clearing. I then got out of the car to look. We sat there for a minute or two looking at it then we noticed the light seemed to be getting bigger, that's when the others told me to get in the car, but I paused for a second realizing it wasn't getting bigger, it was coming closer.

The object came to about a hundred yards from the car, so the witness jumped back behind the wheel, and floored the accelerator, heading to yet another vantage point. They found themselves on the other side of the Interstate as the object seemed to follow them. As they watched the formation of lights, they shot away into the sky.

Strangely, two years previous to the sighting, his identical twin brother and he had a very similar dream the same night. He explains what they both saw:

My brother was walking barefoot down a grated walkway that had walls that looked like they had a glossy finish. Then he was heading towards a room that had a strange opening, and in the room he could see a table in the middle. The lighting was a purple hue and seemed to come out of the walls.

The other twin told what he saw: I could tell I was on some sort of transport. It landed or stopped, and I was escorted out of the large vehicle of some sort by men in military uniforms. They walked me to a gate where we were met by two more men that were wearing black uniforms and they handed me over. The last thing I remember in the dream is being brought into the side of a mountain and then it goes blank.

Soon after the dream, the two twins, along with their cousin, woke up with scars that were not there before. There has also been missing time.

From his house to his cousin's is normally a 25 minute drive. They should have arrived by no later than 8:00 p.m. one night close the time of the dreams, but it was 9:30 p.m., precisely 1Ĺ hour difference. Neither of the twins has any memory of what happened during the missing time, except to assume that their dreams had become a reality.

Jack & Jim Weiner (the Allagash Abduction)

The witnesses said the incident started on August 20, 1976 when four men, all in their early twenties, ventured on a camping trip into the wilderness near Allagash, ME. The group consisted of twin brothers Jack and Jim Weiner, their friend Chuck Rak and their guide, Charlie Foltz.

They say their first day went by without incident. However, on their second night, they noticed a bright light not far from their campsite which they first passed off as being a helicopter or weather balloon, but later noticed it displayed a strange quality of light. Suddenly, the object imploded and disappeared. The following day went by without incident, as the first. The men were unlucky in their fishing so they decided to try it at night. They set camp on the shore of Eagle Lake on August 20. As darkness settled, the men built a blazing campfire which they expected to burn for several hours to be used as a beacon for their campsite while out on the lake. They then headed out in a canoe.

After a short time, Rak noticed the bright light they had seen two nights before in the distance above the tree line. He called the others' attention to it. They watched the object intently and noticed it appeared to be much larger this time and made no sound. Foltz grabbed a flashlight and began flashing an SOS.

Suddenly, a bright beam of light shot out from the bottom of the craft and it quickly made its way towards the men. All men, minus Rak, began to paddle furiously back towards shore. Rak seemed entranced by the object as it closed in on them. Suddenly, the light enveloped the canoe and the four men.

The next thing the men knew, they were back on shore at their campsite. They stood at the edge of the water and stared blankly at the craft, which was hovering no more than a few dozen feet from them. After watching for several minutes, the craft suddenly imploded, as it had done two nights previous, and reappeared over the treetops on the other side of the lake. It then shot upwards into the sky.

The men suddenly all felt exhausted and decided to sleep for the night. The large fire they had made only minutes previous was now a pile of burnt embers. Without much conversation following the unusual incident which just took place, the men went to sleep. The next morning, the men spoke little of the incident and packed their belongings to move to a new campsite. Jack Weiner was the first to start having nightmares. In these dreams, he saw beings with long necks, and large heads. He saw the beings examining his arm, while Jim, Chuck, and Charlie sat on a nearby bench, not able to intervene.

The beings had large metallic glowing eyes with no lids, and their hands were insect-like, with four fingers. The other three men were experiencing very similar dreams, with short, mental clips of that night on the lake. In 1988, out of curiosity, Jim Weiner attended a UFO conference hosted by Raymond Fowler. Weiner met Fowler afterwards, and related his strange encounter. The investigator was excited about Jim's story, especially the fact that it was a multiple witness occurrence. Fowler suggested to Jim that he and the others undergo regressive hypnosis. After the sessions, it was revealed that all four of the men had memories of being abducted, and subjected to humiliating physical examinations, including the taking of skin and fluid samples.

The description of the aliens were consistent, and being artists, they were able to make detailed sketches of the entities, the craft, and the examining instruments. Chuck Rak added that the aliens' test area was similar to a vet's office, with a silvery table. He also related a strange fact: he had much difficulty in focusing on the aliens. When he tried, he could not put an exact image to them. He compared it to trying to tune in a fuzzy radio station. After the psychiatric examinations, all four of the men were deemed to be mentally stable, and they all passed lie detector tests.
